This variant of the Agamemnon-class BC(P) is a one-off that was built to replace Queen Elizabeth III's Royal Yacht.  A basic Agamemnon was gutted of half her missile pod loadout, and the freed-up space is used for conference rooms, guest and government employee accomodations, an elarged main boat bay, as well as the addition of a smaller boat bay, with space for the small craft of visiting diplomats, and other VIPs.  Other than the reduced pod loadout, the Duke of Cromarty has all the abilities, offensive and defensive, of a Keyhole-equipped Agamemnon.
